Pros
Pre-COVID it was a great place to work. Fully staffed, great work culture, lots of benefits. Great work environment and fair work load.
Cons
Post-COVID this place really fell apart. Downsized from 25+ employees in the Spare Parts department to 2 employees and 1 manager, myself being one of the employees. I was let go for not being able to do the job of 10+ people.
