      A Company Culture On Its Last Breath And A Ship Without A Rudder

      Benefits (although that has diminished as well) Handling of COVID and employee safety

      Cons

      Lack of communication Middle mangers either over tasked or unempowered to lead effectively Pay not nearly in line with other credit unions High turnover due to an ever increasingly toxic culture Poor planning / poor execution on a systems rollout

We are sorry to hear you did not have an overall great experience. Change is a constant in our business.       They offer good benefits and have handled Covid well

      Cons

      A lot of people talk about each other. Can be very stressful and uncomfortable . Some managers only think of themselves. They don’t want to help you succeed.

We do offer a competitive benefits package for our employees, and we have worked very hard in responding to the Covid pandemic to ensure the health and safety of our employees was the priority.       Nice HQ building, decent benefits

      Toxic environment, favorites get ahead or avoid having poor performance properly managed, incompetent leadership, no input allowed from opposing views
