A company who sells consulting to Dr.’s, pushing systems and have no working systems themselves. There is CONSTANT turnover in every department (I witnessed 23 people leave or be terminated on ridiculously immoral terms in 9 months). There are zero leadership skills within any of the management. All in all, this is a sad excuse for a company.

No communication between staff, board, and management. Plenty of times when things are decided by the board in a split second and not communicated to the rest of the team. Confusing way they trust people, some are hired for one position and then changed weeks after because they like the person, even though they might not be qualified for this position. Management seems to say things just to get you away and never follow up or follow through. Many people trusted in the organization are part of the same church (Scientology) this seems to be the only people they trust and promote. The inconsistency between what they allow and what they don't is a problem.
