Pros

Can be used as a stepping stone. Used to be a good place to be but those days are long gone.

Cons

This place is unbelievable. Pretty sure employees are treated better in third world countries. I cannot give specific examples because I would be outing myself, but I can tell you this is a greedy greedy group of folks who run this place. And they are going down hill fast. This is for two reasons: 1. Their customers are not getting the service they need to do business with them 2- They continue to have to spend time training people instead of putting an effort to keep people (skills/relationships/intelligence). The employment market is too good to tell people if you don’t like it then leave especially when you treat them as if they are slaves. I look at the successes of people who have left and wonder why am I still here. They have the best equipment but it isn’t used in a way that expands their capabilities. If they try anything to technical they can’t get it done because they don’t have people with knowledge and/ or the art that comes only with experience.

Pros

Benefits are decent. 401k match, a paycheck if you do not want to flip burgers.

Cons

Expect micromanaging and doing more reports than you have time for. Expect very little resources to do your job effectively. They do not care about their employees.

Pros

You collect a pay check, nice people to work with.

Cons

Management: two words - MICRO MANAGEMENT - across all departments; offers little to no support for their employees in training, tools, technology/software in order to properly perform their job; expect employees to complete double the amount of work for very little pay or compensation; Their way or the highway. End of story. Work life balance: This does not exist. Long hours, no sick time offered, if you have a family with children - good luck! Expect to punch a time clock even if you are salary. You will punch in and out for breaks, smoke breaks, lunches, and any other time you need to leave the premises. The CEO has installed cameras all over so that he can monitor employees at all times (and he does). Employees are forbidden from laughing or conversing at their desks. Salaried employees MUST work 45 hours (preferably more), no ifs ands or buts about it. Benefits: No sick time. 1 week vacation the first year, and 2 weeks for years 2-5 (if you survive that long). Don't expect to leave early for ANY reason. Management will expect a Drs. note if you are sick or have to miss work for more than a lunch hour. High deductible health plan is the only reasonable option. Everyone is underpaid. Morale: Employees are miserable. This company offers no activities to boost morale or for team building. In all my years as a professional I have never worked with such a large group of employees with such a poor team-player mind set. It is every man for himself. Advancement: There is none. There are two layers to this company - the executives and the employees. Those with the "manager" title have very little input (if any) on how to construct, mold, and run their own department. The executive team will encourage you to work twice as hard and put in the long hours only to achieve an "advancement" when someone quits. This company does not promote based on performance, but simply only to fill in the holes when someone leaves. Hiring: Expect multiple interviews, disorganization, and a long drawn out process. The CEO also favors to hire based on personal relationships from his church and negates candidates that are actually qualified for the job. This is all just the tip of the iceberg. Overall, stay away from this place. If you're just looking to pay your bills, then take your chances....
