Pros
Adello supports young professional growth and professional development. Heads of departments are always open to share their experience. Adello opens opportunities to work with international clients and gives freedom to make decisions even for junior staff. And we play ping-pong during the brakes :)
Cons
As any startup, Adello requires to work with the passion and deliver the result in time. Sometimes it makes people feel overloaded but it also shapes discipline and make us stronger
