Pros

Training is very detailed, Office staff very helpful and supportive. Supervisors were great accessible and supportive.

Cons

Inconsistent hours, although they were upfront about this and most of it is out of the companies control.

Pros

Company is very professional and helps to accommodate employees with school schedules/client schedules. Provides training prior to client services, as well as some compensation for mileage.

Cons

Case management doesn’t provide much detail on clientele, hardly any updates information on clients schedule/program/disabilities. Recent change to their compensation pay based on cases, no additional pay for weekend sessions or substitute cases.
