      Pros

      The team is very co-operative. There is a lot to learn from the seniors through regular conversations itself even outside of work; conversations that are not related to work. They have taught me a great deal about working independently with minimal assistance from others. Also, implementing your knowledge effectively with the help of best practices for smoother functioning.

      Cons

      I did not find any downsides apart from the marketing aspect. I believe the company needs to focus on their marketing more through different channels.
