      Pros

      The LMS is amazing to educate people on. My direct team is one large collaborative group of amazing people who all bring their own strengths. We lift each other up, problem solve together and celebrate each other. Leadership always wants to see you succeed. I love the flexibility in my role (with a young family that is HUGE for a work life balance). I couldn't me more pleased

      Cons

      If I had to chose one I would say perhaps more opportunity to earn time off (through customer satisfaction results, quarterly measures etc)
