      Pros

      Very thorough training. I had a great supervisor. Offered incentives.

      Cons

      Low pay: $11.60 an hour isn't enough to handle escalated calls. Lacking diversity. I think they were too worried about affirmative action. I felt like the odd woman out.

      Pros

      The work is in an exciting and growing field: Robotics. Lots of work coming down the pipeline, and the company is growing and changing, and getting better all the time. It's a good place to be.

      Cons

      Growing pains as the company continues to grow and change.

      Was great until the CIO Julia got there....

      nice IT atmosphere, hardworkers, good pay, great cafeteria, good perks

      Cons

      too many politics...and the new CIO was a total B, she came in and destroyed all morale, was not knowledgable and laid off more than 40 people with no notice
