Pros

It's really easy to get hired. You go through a paid 5 week training at $10.25 an hour. Also, there are monthly raffles based on adherence.

Cons

First of all, you are promised a ton of things when you apply for the job, like benefits and higher pay. They said that benefits would kick in after a 90 day probation period... I knew my job was seasonal but why would they mention benefits if they weren't going to provide them in the first place? We didn't even know we weren't getting benefits until towards the end of our training. I've been working here for almost 5 months now, I still don't have benefits because I'm seasonal and we are all (I'm assuming because they do not communicate anything to us) getting fired in a little over a month. Additionally, they promised if you were bilingual, you'd automatically get paid $11.25. They did not tell us that all depended on the client. So just because you're bilingual, that doesn't mean you are guaranteed the $11.25. The company is completely unorganized. They are so wishy-washy about the rules and management plays favoritism. The team leads are no help when you have questions about the client. They listen to calls, but have no idea what the client rules are and they don't know if what you are telling customers is correct. They also don't expect you to have a life outside of work. We basically HAVE to do mandatory overtime. All our outbound calls cannot be done during our shift because it affects our adherence and the call volume is too high to do in between calls. Therefore, we have to either come in early or stay late. Yeah, we get paid time and a half but if I want to do overtime it should be my choice, not because I HAVE to... Anyways, I don't mean to talk badly about the company because I am grateful for this job; however, working here has been so stressful...

Pros

-You earn a paycheck! - Equal Opportunity Employer - if you have a diploma, type slow, and can find a web page, you will be hired. - paid holidays *with stipulations* - free water fountains, complementary bathroom access and unlimited slow elevator rides!

Cons

- they no longer give cost of living raises or 6 month reviews. If you want to make a steady increase, work in fast food. In fact, when minimum wage was raised, our pay stayed the same. -tears drive your point home. If you're not getting what you want, Cry. This seems to help. For grown-ups who dont want to, or are too mature to cry over work matters, you will NOT get what you're asking for, and resent the people that do. -If you can't perform your job well, dont worry, you wont be fired! You will be promoted!! *there are a few exceptions to this, but that's usually if people dont like you. - the vents have not been cleaned out in AAAAAGES. turning on the a/c or fans starts a symphony of sickness. The beat begins with the sneezers, and the coughers add the harmony. This could be a "pro" for alternative music lovers! - You remember that movie "office space"? Well, here you will also have a number of bosses. Don't worry, they seldom talk to you about your mistakes (or anything for that matter) unless its gone on to the point where they've been talked to. - They dont supply you with paper or pens. You can ask, you may get a legal pad, but you'll have to answer a few questions first on why you need it. Dont even think of asking for tape, that requires 2 signatures, a lie detector test, and a sponsor. Ok, i exaggerate, but you get the point. - the open door policy is more like a revolving door. HR will address your problem if you whine enough, and they wont do anything about it. They have you sit in their office to talk, repeat some of what you said, apologize, and walk you out the door.. yet nothing ever changes. -You have to DRESS UP for this job. You're paid average. The building is located across from bars and an assisted living community (well known for the colorful unstable people that spill out from it), and had a booming nightclub underneath at some point and yet jeans are unacceptable, (except for casual fridays and weekends). The sad thing is, I havent even scratched the surface.

Pros

There are not many pros with working with this company. The good thing is if you have a good schedule and some of the supervisors are nice.

Cons

There is no growth within the company. The turn over rate is high and there are so many employees who quit. The benefits are not good and management needs to run the business better . I have been there 3 years and I have not recived a raise.
