      Company was known as Advantage Concepts. Job offers are fake. Interview go like this go the office, and had to fill out an official application sheet with 3 references. The actual face to face interview with the just one individual was rather awkward, but definitely not my worst interview. The interview usually took 15 minutes per person. The interview got a bit a political. Apparently their company is a contractor for Verizon, by laying down fiber optics line for them.

      There is no Pros to working here.

      This is door to door selling. No salary, 100% commission. This place is a scam. They lie about their job posts online and when they call people to come in for interviews and describe the job description whether you applied for Customer service, PR, or a Marketing Manager the job description they give you to get you to come to the interview is the EXACT same...kind of odd considering they are all different jobs. They also lie and say you will be a manager in a couple months to get you to take the job and stay but that is also a lie. If you are wondering why they have any good reviews is because they used to go by Advantage Concepts. Look up Advantage Concepts on glassdoor and you will see. It is the same company, same address & it has awful reviews because those are the real reviews.

      Pros

      Great team environment, took advantage of many bonuses and trips. Every week the office did some team building activies like bowling, skydiving, skyzone and escape room. Challenged myself to be more disciplined and professional. Got some real life hands on business experience.

      Cons

      Front end loaded business, which meant i had to invest my personal time to reap some business rewards. Worth the sacrifice.
