Pros

Looked like they were moving ahead technology wise. Invested in new technology.

Cons

Their technological investments came at the cost of good employees. Also, too many people working there for a long time....didn't bring in enough "new blood' to show different perspectives. If you were in with senior management, you could do no wrong. This would not be a place to work if you are a creative person with ideas and talents to bring to the table.

Not a Career-minded Printing Company. High Turnover.

Pros

Keeps up with the technology but at the cost of qualified employees' salaries.

Cons

If your not a "Good Old Boys" you won't survive long. Mgnt lets the Saleman in the company run wild crushing talented workers. Also, many lay-offs letting the most qualified employees go with no severance and insurance benefits cut off that day.

A good group of creative people. Solid, stable company.

Pros

Management is honest and seems to have the employees best interests in mind. Financial stability is there. They invest and keep their plant modern with good equipment and new technology. Vendors are easy to deal with because the say they are paid quickly. Employees received raises in 2013. They sell nationally and have a strong sales staff.

Cons

Like any Printer now a days they are forced to operate in a tough environment and must act accordingly. Regardless, in the Chicago market they are on the short list of where you want to go in the Printing industry.
