      Pros

      Wonderful, mission driven colleagues who really love what they do. Amazing collaboration with the community health centers. Generous PTO, benefits, and compensation.

      Cons

      The workload can be intense. We are a small team so most admin/leadership are wearing multiple hats.

      The team at AACHC really care about supporting CHC's and everyone is very aligned on the purpose and values.

      Cons

      Being a small team, everyone has to roll up their sleeves and work really hard. Resources are limited.
