      Pros

      404DM is a great place to work at. Every employee is exposed to a plethora of experiences here. Our days are a perfect mix of fun, pun and work. We follow strict timelines for getting our work done but never forget to find some leisure time for Pictionary.

      Pros

      404 DM is run by connosieurs who value talent and passion. Work culture is something that every firm boasts of nowadays and has become a thing of the past as a generation z person who came into workforce very recently what felt good about the firm was the trust and the opportunities they provide their employees.

      Micromanagement by CEO Aravind he doesnt know what is digital marketing just reads something and wants everyone to work for him not for the company always peeping into every other peoples work doesnt not give free hand in anything, everyone are forced to do only what he wants a man with no vision who only knows to criticize others with bad language always many good employees left 404 only because of aravind very aggressive behaviour towards everyone paying candidates more eventhough they have no idea of what the company is doing employees with higher experience are underpaid policies are really bad in the company no job guarantee Aravind just wants everyone to work for free and will fire you if you ask for hike

      At our company, when grievances are voiced they are done openly so that it becomes actually possible to address the issue at hand.
