You can plan your longterm carrier here. Office premises is very nice and good cafeteria. Good work culture. Not very strict on ofc timings.
Cons
Appraisal process is not upto mark and cannot expect very good appraisals. Focus on tech is not upto mark. Do not expect anything special during any festivals or celebrations. Don't even expect diwali gifts.
