I have been working at Trov full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
Everyone seems very friendly and the location is really nice. The team is also understanding and flexible when you need to work from home.
Cons
Things can be very hectic and the figuring out who can give you what permissions isn't always easy.
Advice to Management
Keep valuing your employees and don't let that slip. It makes this place pretty unique.
Application
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Trov (Danville, CA (US)) in December 2019.
Interview
These were mostly phone or zoom interviews, taking place in rapid order. They started with an HR screening then moved on to the manager and team I would be working with. There were many interviews but all were short and closer to introductions. It took longer than expected but only because of a string of holidays toward the end of the year.
