    I have been working at Sensée full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great work life flexibility, competitive pay rates, well known client base, full-time contracts, growing company, good employment progression opportunities.

    Cons

    Working at home isn't for everyone given the isolation factor so seriously consider if it's something you could do full-time. If you're happy in your own company and a self starter then that's a bonus. Shifts aren't always perfect but there are facilities to help you improve your situation and there is of course give and take as with everything. You'll need to initially outlay some money on the relevant equipment but it's not a huge amount of money and you may already have some of the things you'll need to work in the role.

    Advice to Management

    Look after your employees which Sensee do a great job of :)

    I applied online. I interviewed at Sensée (Downpatrick, Northern Ireland (UK)) in January 2017.

    Interview

    Online Interview via Adobeconnect interview room. Initial conenction issues with PC version but eventually connected through phone app. Various questions varying in degree of difficulty in that it became apparent as the interview progressed that they were not really looking for your own opinions but rather a pre-defined set of generic answers that could be ticked off a list.
