    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Les Mills International (Auckland, Auckland) in May 2017.

    Interview

First step after the application was an online test, then phone interview and personal interview. Online test for analytical and psychometric. Phone interview tested the attitude, skills, confidence and communication. One on one interview had customer service questions which can be prepared with online resources. Last was reference check. They prefer to email overseas referees as well.

    Interview Questions

    • General customer care questions such as dealing angry customers, best customer practice, strengths n weaknesses, team work etc.   Answer Question
