I have been working at Humanitec full-time (Less than a year)
Friendly working environment with international and distributed team(s) working on great products of the future. Super work-life balance. Room to learn new development stacks.
Remote working culture is dying and everybody is somehow expected to work from the office.
Advice to Management
Please don't do away with the remote working option. There future of software development is in trust, flexibility and freedom.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Humanitec.
We had a verbal agreement about the offer, they promised to send it to me next day, I waited for more then a week, cancelled all other interviews and declined an offer from another company. I constantly tried to get an update from them and finally they told me that they just changed their mind.
Never been in this situation before.
This is an absolutely bad behaviour.
I think it would be useful for other candidates to keep in mind that Humanitec can't keep their word.
