Great place to work, everyone helps everyone, very little politics, positive place to be, amazing benefits, can easily move around the company if you want to learn something new, so much room to learn, great work/life balance (depends on division and position however)

HR is awful, especially recruiting. They aren't responsive and hurt the management team in the hiring process. They screw you over with the salary even if the manager wants to hire you at a higher salary and has the budget for it. Don't ever trust HR and do your research!!!

    Advice to Management

Get a better recruiting team that do their jobs. The manager has to do everything for the hiring process and the recruiters do very little

    Difficult Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Freddie Mac.

Oppose to the traditional "we would like to meet with you", the recruiter will call and ask you a few questions over the phone. After the phone interview, they would send you a few questions to answer and return to them. Those answers will determine your next step in the process.

    Interview Questions

    • A lot of the questions were behavioral which I was not prepared for. I guess the little experience that I had totally out weigh the fact that I just graduated from school, therefore I didn't encountered a lot of the situations to apply how I dealt with it.   1 Answer
