    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Exellys (Mechelen (Belgium)) in September 2019.

    Interview

First contact with someone from HR then with some lady who will be my "learning coach" at the company. Both interviews were easy without technical questions.
I did 2 different IQ test on which i passed the both, but the fact that they even do not care about your technical knowledge is very bad and disappointing. It simply means 'you're not smart enough for us if you fail on the tests'. This kind of system/mindset should change absolutely. After all i received an offer, i was about accepting the offer but then they cancelled it because of bad my 'bad' reference. They don't even knew me or questioned about my technical knowledge. They just take decisions based on what others say about you. This is a very big mistake and non-professional.
