    I worked at Clearbridge Mobile full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    -Snacks and drinks
    -friendly coworkers

    Cons

    -people just disappear and you’re never really told why
    -I’m pretty sure half the employees are co-ops
    -extremely unorganized
    -culture doesn’t exist
    -management(?) wasn’t even sure if there was management aside from titles
    -“discovery” team gets 1 week to flesh out an app. What a joke.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to employees. Processes don’t work and the people directly involved have opinions on making it better.

    I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Clearbridge Mobile.

    Interview

    The interview never happened. Basically I was contacted I think by company rep who organized a phone interview with an HR rep at the company 2 days later. I waited for the call for about 15-30 mins and then called the the company rep and told him the HR rep never called and I'm not sure if he is available or if he had difficulty reaching me. The company rep apologized and said he will get him on the call right away. Few mins, she comes back and apologizes that the HR rep is a bit behind schedule and will call me soon. I said ok and decided to just wait till he called not knowing an exact time. I waited all day and the person never called back. I emailed the company rep and told him HR never called and that I was going to be unavailable for the rest of the day so we would have to reschedule. I never got an apology and they never tried to reach out to me again.

    Very unprofessional behaviour and I've never seen this type of disrespect from a company before. I really hope they treat their employees better than their candidates.
