  1. Senior SOLUTION ARCHITECT/PM Interview

    Average Interview
    Application

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence (United Kingdom)

    Interview

    The experience was very pleasant with initial screening and then the interview with the head of Architecture. The final stage was with two architects and one of the architect's behaviour can only be described as condescending, disrespectful and a word that can only be represented by male or female genitalia. He introduced himself and without even asking me to give my background and where I have worked to explain what I am likely to present, started his interrogation rather than an interview. His words and questions were;
    - Did you prepare the presentation? ( in a very school mastery tone for a presentation I was asked if I can create a day before)
    - Is it getting somewhere? ( While explaining the situation before I give the presentation. And just 3 seconds away from finishing my intro)
    - Can we get on with it?

    He may be a senior architect and may have delivered a few projects. His company may be trusting him. Though his mannerism and his knowledge seems to be outdated and needs to be either retired or retrained in how to deal with people.
    Interview

    I was asked to give a brief ppt presentation on some of the work I have done recently.
