Ideally, you'll have:

• have at a minimum, a couple of years of experience as a software developer
• ideally have experience with Ruby on Rails, JavaScript frameworks like Vue or React, and cloud environments such as AWS and Kubernetes
• expertise in producing modern, accessible web applications
• a Computer Science degree (or equivalent experience or education)
• enjoy learning about and using AI development tools

• • Build bespoke applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Manage and configure our flexible infrastructure stack including AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Build and improve our Continuous Integration services (Github Actions and Gitlab Pipeline) - running tests, linters, security and accessibility audits and deployments.
  • Develop high quality and well-tested code.
  • Take initiative and be resourceful in problem-solving.
  • Use tools like AI to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and improve development workflows.
  • Work in a small, dedicated and high-performing Agile software team.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and our UX/UI designers.
  • Continuously learn and share knowledge to grow the development team capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships with Boost team members and clients.
  • Contribute to our award-winning culture by practising our core organisational values.
