What you’ll be doing

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two weeks look the same:

Bring events to life

• Support the planning and delivery of flagship NZ events, roadshows, and community meetups
• Coordinate logistics including venues, suppliers, run sheets, and branded materials
• Be on-site ensuring every event runs seamlessly

Drive marketing activation

• Support campaign delivery from idea through execution
• Keep marketing projects on track and aligned with timelines

Perfect presentation experiences

• Manage and maintain presentation content for events and partner engagements
• Ensure messaging and branding stays consistent across all materials

Amplify through social media

• Schedule and coordinate social posts around events
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging assets
• Track engagement and learn what resonates

Collaborate across teams

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams
• Help align activity with regional goals and partner needs

Own logistics and coordination

• Manage event merchandise, travel coordination, and inventory
• Support webinars, partner education events, and internal programmes

We’re looking for someone who is organised, creative, and energised by execution:

• Demonstrated experience supporting marketing activity, events, or campaigns
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities and keep projects on track
• A natural eye for detail, branding consistency, and polished delivery
• Confidence working across teams and stakeholders
• Experience supporting social media or event-led content is a strong plus
• Comfortable using tools like PowerPoint and collaborating within digital workflows
• A proactive mindset with curiosity and a willingness to learn

Background Checks
