We are looking for a creative, technically skilled, and highly motivated Multimedia Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, marketing campaigns, digital storytelling, and product communication across multiple platforms.

Position Overview

The Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and multimedia content that supports Koru’s branding, marketing, investor relations, customer engagement, and product education initiatives. This role combines graphic design, video production, social media content creation, animation, and digital marketing support.

The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling skills, understands modern fintech branding, and can communicate complex financial and technology concepts through engaging multimedia content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

• Design digital marketing materials including:
  • Social media graphics
  • Website visuals
  • Product presentations
  • Investor pitch decks
  • Promotional banners
  • Infographics
  • Brochures and advertisements
• Create visually appealing brand assets aligned with Koru’s corporate identity.

Video Production & Editing

• Produce and edit:
  • Promotional videos
  • Product demonstrations
  • Corporate introduction videos
  • Event coverage
  • Educational fintech content
  • Short-form social media videos
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, animations, and visual effects.

Social Media & Digital Marketing Support

• Develop multimedia content for platforms such as:
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • WeChat
• Assist with digital campaigns to improve customer engagement and brand awareness.

Branding & Visual Communication

• Maintain consistent branding across all channels and materials.
• Support the development of Koru’s fintech and stablecoin ecosystem branding.
• Translate technical fintech concepts into simple and visually engaging content.

Photography & Event Media

• Capture and edit photos/videos during:
  • Company events
  • Business meetings
  • Product launches
  • Industry conferences
• Organize and maintain multimedia asset libraries.

Website & UI Support

• Assist with visual assets for websites and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams on UI/UX improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Multimedia Design
  • Graphic Design
  • Digital Media
  • Marketing
  • Communications
  • Or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in multimedia production, graphic design, or digital marketing.
• Experience working with fintech, technology, or startup environments is an advantage.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in:

• Adobe Creative Suite:
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • Premiere Pro
  • After Effects
• Canva or similar design tools
• Video editing software
• Photography and videography equipment
• Basic animation and motion graphics
