Interview
Lots of rounds as expected, but for good reason. Got to meet at least one representative of each function through the 3-4 rounds of interviews. First round was a screener with recruiter, followed by behavioral round. After that was a few hours that was a mix of one-on-one's and a panel that puts you through various product scenarios around a case that builds up.

Four round interview process;
1. Phone call with recruiter
2. One-on-one with manager (video call)
3. Work sample
4. Panel interview (video call)
It was a casual interview process, with not too many curveball questions.

How do you break down tickets for the developers?
The process is long. Two phone interviews followed by an onsite interview with 4 different panels that takes about 5 hours in total. Everyone is very friendly and makes you comfortable, but the process is lengthy for a reason.
