Tips: Be genuine and showcase your passion for healthcare innovation and digital experience design.
🎨 2. Portfolio Review
Purpose: Evaluate your design process, problem-solving skills, and real-world impact.
What to Expect:
Walkthrough of 2–3 case studies from your portfolio.
Focus on your role, research methods, design iterations, and the outcomes (metrics, feedback, results).
Tips: Emphasize the reasoning behind your design decisions, any challenges faced, and how you measured success.
🧠 3. Design Task / Take-home Assignment
Purpose: Assess hands-on skills, creativity, and your ability to solve UX problems independently.
What to Expect: A problem statement (usually healthcare or finance-related), for which you'll design flows, wireframes, and a basic prototype.
Timeline: 2–4 days usually.
Tips: Clearly document your process: from user research assumptions and personas to wireframes and final visuals. Bonus if you include how you'd test and iterate.
🤝 4. Technical/Panel Interview
Purpose: In-depth discussion with design leads or product managers.
What to Expect:
Questions on your design decisions from the assignment.
Scenario-based design challenges (e.g., “How would you improve our appointment booking flow?”).
Collaboration and communication assessment—how you work with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
Tips: Highlight your teamwork, design systems knowledge, and ability to handle feedback and trade-offs.
👨💼 5. Final Round / Leadership Round
Purpose: Assess alignment with company vision, long-term fit, and leadership/mentorship potential.
What to Expect: Chat with the design head or co-founder. May focus on strategic thinking, product vision, and how you plan to grow as a designer.
✅ 6. Offer Discussion
Includes: Role responsibilities, compensation, benefits, notice period negotiation.
