I initially applied via LinkedIn, then had a call with the in-house recruiter. From there, I had a 20-30 minute phone call with the Marketing Director, who was very laid-back and asked real questions that you would want an interviewer to ask. (None of that what's your biggest strength/weakness that doesn't even tell who you are). The conversation was more of a "let's get to know each other" than an interview. From here, I had to put together a PowerPoint presentation on myself. Then, they flew me out from the east coast for a final interview. A few days later, I was offered the job! The process was very smooth and professional.
