Very easy, one group interview and a 1:1. The turnaround time was very quick, at least a week before finding out if I got the job. The interviewer was really kind and did not ask difficult questions, typical ones like: how are you under stress, times you’ve needed to work in a team, share a moment you had to improve

Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.
