Interview
After applying online, I got invited to a Teams meeting online for a group interview. The group consisted of about 10 other candidates and the interviewer asks you to introduce yourself and your availability, a question relating to your previous customer experience and a scenario question. There is time at the end of the interview to ask the interviewer any questions and concerns. The recruitment team gets back to you within 48 hours with an offer for a second in person interview at the store you applied to or decline your application.

Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
