iOPEX Technologies Css/HTML Non Voice interview questions

I took the exam which is composed of multiple choice then initial interview. After the initial interview, the interviewer explained to me that they will be giving me a 5 days training with 150php allowance before you proceed to the next interview and getting the job offer is not yet assured because it depends to the employer if they will hire you or not. The interview took only for 30minutes They also told me to keep my line open because they will call me but until now I'm not receiving any call. So I guess it's a false hope.
