I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at iCIMS (Matawan, NJ) in Feb 2017
Interview
The process itself took a little nearly 4 months to complete (from application to offer) but that is mainly because I had to apply for the same position twice. After you apply, if you pass their initial filters, you will be asked to submit a video cover letter (similar to Robert De Niro did in the movie The Intern). After that stage there is a phone screening with your assigned iCIMS recruiter followed by a round of in-person interviews (typically 3 or 4 people for 30 minutes each). iCIMS loves when they can see their 7 core competencies reflected in their candidates and is a big part of how they choose one candidate over another.

Interview
I interviewed with three people for my role. Each person I interviewed with made me feel comfortable from the start. I never felt as though I was being interviewed for a job, but more so just talking with peers. Each interview left me with a positive attitude for the next.

I applied online. I interviewed at iCIMS (Denver, CO) in Sept 2020
Interview
The interview process was very smooth and transparent. Beginning with a CCAT and Personality test followed by a background interview with one of their recruiters. After that there were 2 back to back interviews with the hiring managers. Interviews were very conversational and not intimidating at all. Research the position and interview questions on here to prepare and just be yourself!

Interview
Basic interview process starting with a phone screening with a recruiter and ultimately an on-site interview. Your recruiter will be super helpful and provide you with all details/info necessary and will set you up to really succeed during your on-site interview. On-site interview consisted of 3 individual 1 on 1s with managers in a very comfortable setting mostly conversation with some behavioral questions mixed in.
