Overall the company has a well-structured recruitment process. The HR team is clear about the next steps and how to approach the interviews, and the communication is clear and easy to understand. I have a good experience with most of the interviewers and the people I got contacted. The process was with 2 interviews, the first one was about competency and skills, and the second one was about presenting 2 study cases/ examples of CX to two members of the company, later they will ask questions, and finally competency questions, again.
