Pathetic and lengthy interview process where candidates are not treated with respect w.r.t updates provided to candidates. Company treats candidates to be available for interview as per their convenience and post interview keeps candidates hanging without any update for us to guess we might have been rejected then out of the blue H.R. comes with an update of HOLD status then later with REJECT and after few months suddenly with salary negotiation then again H.R. goes off the radar for candidates in the dark as always. Hiring process is not bad but worst so better to stay away from eclerx.

I got a call from the company throught a recruitment agency. The interview process was comprised of 2 rounds. The first round had some technical questions on ML and the second round was salary discussion round.
