I had a call with their hiring manager and we briefly discussed my qualifications and then she asked me to pick a time slot to have a full interview. After doing that, I was stood up waiting for about half an hour until she called me saying she can't make it and asked me to pick another slot for another day. After doing that, I was again stood up with no communication whatsoever. I followed up with an email, asking politely for an update, and got ghosted completely. Overall I found it quite unprofessional and disrespectful to applicants who spend their time preparing for the interview and this whole process.
