Interviewed by two members of the recruitment team and was asked questions on career aspirations and audit. They were very kind and I enjoyed the interview a lot which helped to settle the nerves a bit.
Onshore takes the interview process and it does not go according to job description shared, They ask to share the overll experince at work and create the live scenarios in audit
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at bp (Cairo, Cairo Governorate)

Process started with an HR phone call interview followed by in company interview with HR and Department manager then interview with department director at last an interview with the managing director.
