The competency based interview was all about scenarios that relate to BP's core values
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at bp in Jan 2021

SJT Test, Numerical/ Verbal, On Demand Interview,
The online assessments were of the standard format, but very time pressured.
On Demand interview was conducted by HireVue and would recommnend to read and understand the BP values. Also consider the challenges of the Oil & Gas sector as a whole and what BP does differently. The balance sheet should be inspected and appreciation that Deepwater horizon is still a detriment to balance sheet health.
