      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at bp (Warrenville, IL) in Jan 2008

      Interview

The phone interview was very laid back, they liked my resume, so I was coached on what to do in the Group Panel Interview. The Group/Panel Interview was an Situational Interview. Best to apply the SAR model (Specific Task, Action, Result). Once I had completed two of these in a row I was offered the job.
