Overall, it was a great experience. After submitting my CV, the Talent Acquisition team reached out and we had a 30 minutes of screening session. I then had a one-hour of virtual conversation with the Head of TA in Europe, focusing on past experience, cultural fit, and behavior. The interviewer was friendly, professional, and the process was well-organized. I didn’t manage to move to the next round due to experience requirements, but I appreciated the positive and respectful experience.
