They are very professional and friendly. Interview was a very smooth and friendly conversation with the hiring manager and a principal architect. I explained my work and they asked common questions about my work and experiences and my goal.

A lead designer started the interview then one of the partners joined us. They were very interested in finding someone with a strong contract furniture background. I sure fit the profile and I was able to present a lot during the interview. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, I was quite relaxed and thought the job was mine. I didn't get an offer because my salary request was much higher than their target, just like most of the design firms out there.
