The process was super easy - they use a virtual assistant named Zoe to schedule the interviews and Zoe sends a convenient text/email reminder prior to the interview. First round is with the talent acquisition individual, second round with the hiring manager.

Questions were mostly experience related about customer success experience, working with CRM platforms, etc.
