Applied online through glassdoor. Process was extremely quick and easy. Zendesk called within the week and asked about my availability for the role as they needed someone urgently.
The interview lasted 20mins with most questions focused on behavioural aspects; eg. Why you wanna work at Zendesk, coursework likes and dislikes, whether I had knowledge for skillset required

Check OA platform once sometimes they are not that good mine has too many flaws working with it was too hard

OA was fairly easy single DSA question with heavy implementation
Time given was too low.
i really enjoyed the process, hr is very kind, helpful and fast response .
3 stages of interview
1) meeting with HR
2) Hiring manager
3) with team presenting your experiences
The question was medium easy but I messed up. I failed at the online assessment round. The platform was a bit confusing, I clicked a wrong button and it submitted my code without any confirm.
