Had my CV sent through an employee who works in Zalora. Got an email from HR 4 weeks later telling me to go for an interview. First interview was by an HR person and then followed by another interview with the team leader. HR staff and the team leader were very friendly. The process was pleasant but I guess that depends on which team you are in. I learn that some team leaders are really nasty.

It went as per usual, nothing new out of the ordinary. HR scan interview, then potentially a interview with the hiring manager. However my experience was from quite sometime ago.
