1) The first stage is to complete a test task. I needed to share 3 examples of my designs (figma files) and to write a review for the design that company provided 2) Next i got a feedback and was offered to complete a brief educational onboarding course. During the education we learned about the corporate TOV and values, completed 3 reviews, one of them in pair with other employee, we also attended a couple of group calls where the manager provided us with additional information and answered questions. 3) The 3d step was to complete the final test task and after that i got an offer
