First interview with Principal Engineer, a bit introductory and some small technical questions. Second interview was technical with two senior engineers. Third interview with the head of HR for culture fit.

Initial interview
Technical focused interview with the Software engineering lead
Final Cultural interview
It was a breath of fresh air, each interview was set with clear expectation and you get the sense that they just genuinely want to know if you're a good fit which seems weird since that should always be the objective but some other interviews are just trying to catch you out.
