Phone interview with Human Resources then interview with staff and hiring manager at facility. It was a fairly straightforward process. I found the employees to be friendly and engaging. They were supportive and looked for similar colleagues.

Hypocrisy at its best. The so called "Equal opportunity employers who do not judge you based on your race or nationality" called me for an on campus interview and then after an hour mentioned that they will get back to me with further updates if any. After a month of follow up and no replies, I was told that they are not able to sponsor my visa.
Waste of time and effort. Worst part was the fact that the interviewer had no knowledge of the job or the company and she just kept smiling and talking about random things. Do not recommend XPO. A company who does not know about conducting interviews in professional manner is not a place for your career growth.

The entire conversation was about an HR going blah blah blah blah. Questions were not even closely related to the job.

Interview
There was a 30 minute on campus interview and then after that I am not sure. I did not progress past that round. I believe the next round would have been on-site at one of their distribution centers.
