The manager I interviewed with was very judgmental about my previous jobs I've bartended at, being a risqué sports bar. But once I told her I have enough following to do a "Bar-war" she kinda opened up.

Interview
The interview was good, simple questions to see how much knowledge about fine dinning I had. Nothing crazy. The manager was professional and puntual, very nice interview for the most horrible job!
