Great interview, got to meet the team before hand. professional and friendly. Made you want to work with the team. Had been offered more money from other retailers but picked Wren due to the interview. Was interviewed by the Regional and Store manager. Also has a chance to spend a day to meet the team and find out how they work.

Interview
Sat down with 2 Store General Managers & Regional Manager, asked a lot of questions regarding sales performance and hitting targets in previous roles. Was purely focused on how well you could sell and that it was a very aggressive sales role with a huge focus on money, but not so much on the customer.
