I had a phone screen and an in-person interview, both of which were casual. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and helpful in terms of going through the interview process with me and answering all of the questions that I had.

Recruiter called 10 minutes late, made zero mention nor apologized, and was rude and super rushed during. Not a culture I'm looking for. Was also uninformed about the details of the role.
